A-Star Traffic specialises in the supply of street works Traffic Management and Temporary Traffic light hire to the utility, road & bridges and building/civil engineering sectors.

A-Star operates and maintains a fleet of Temporary Traffic Lights including Temporary Pedestrian crossings, which are fitted with a live tracker. We also operate a fleet of Temporary Traffic Management vehicles which are fitted with the latest technology and are fully compliant to TD49 and Chapter 8. These together with our extensive stock of signs, barriers, cones and other TM products enable us to provide everything needed for a fully compliant and safe works site, even with short notice.

Traffic Management Plans

Our planning & applications department produce scaled CAD TM Plans using OS mapping together with TM CAD Software. Our design staff hold LANTRA and Institute of Highway Engineers Certification All sites are designed in accordance to Chapter 8. Local Authority Applications

Stop/Go Works

Our Unit 12D qualified men will arrive on site and have the Traffic Management set up on time to ensure your works go ahead on schedule.

Providing professional and high quality Traffic Management Plans is what our Drawings & Applications Department takes pride in. They can provide drawings for both minor works and major projects and schemes. To achieve this, they use both specialised traffic management and CAD software (Cone & Briscad).
